Transport for Troops is committed to reimbursing all out-of-pocket expenses service members incur during an ordered move. To cover this pledge, Transport for Troops allocates 75% of all funds raised to our Military Mobility Fund which is ethically managed and disbursed directly to the service members we support.

While we do everything possible to cover these costs as soon as possible, our pledge list continues to outpace our fundraising efforts as of 2026. That being said, we have partnered with some outstanding individuals with the goal to raise more financial aid and cut down on the wait time from application to support.

Urgent: 12 to 24 months from date of application
Priority: 24 to 48 months from date of application

Routine: 48+ months from date of application
